The challenge

Unify the tools a business runs on into one platform with shared data, centralized authentication, roles, billing and analytics, so SMBs never have to migrate between systems.

The solution

I built a modular architecture with shared data infrastructure, an omnichannel chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), real-time inventory and pricing sync, and API and webhook capabilities.

A platform that lets small and medium businesses manage sales, customers, payments and communications from a single place, with a free tier and scalable plans.
